The solution from Microsoft and Zimt Apps overlaid the SAP system with a single, intuitive screen that displays all pertinent invoice information, enabling bulk approvals. This reduced approval times from minutes to seconds for 2,500 users and improved on-time payments to nearly 96% of vendors. The Microsoft SharePoint-based app also eliminated delays by allowing approval delegations and has operated with near-perfect reliability for over two years, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and vendor relationships.
