Microsoft Corporation’s Xamarin platform let Novarum access native device capabilities and high-performance image processing while reusing about 80% of code across platforms. The solution cut development time from two years to as little as four to six weeks for basic apps, helped the team scale efficiently, and supported about US$1.5 million in revenue, while improving rapid, lab-free diagnostics and field decision-making.
