The James 1:27 Trust, a South African nonprofit supporting orphans, vulnerable children, and other NGOs across Africa, needed technology that could help scale its care services and improve donor funding processes. With Microsoft Corporation solutions including Microsoft Azure, Power BI, and Office 365, the organization aimed to expand its impact while managing growing operational demands.

Microsoft Corporation implemented Azure-hosted systems and integrated tools for financial management, care management, and sponsorship services through James Connect. The results included direct access to financial reports updated to the previous day, care management for 33 beneficiaries versus none before, and new combined reporting across finances, care, and sponsors, while saving about USD 2,300 per month, or 17% of total costs.
