New Signature, a midsize IT consulting firm with offices across North America and the UK, needed to keep employees productive and secure from day one while managing rapid growth from acquisitions and maintaining a small IT footprint. To meet that challenge, New Signature turned to Microsoft Corporation’s Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS), including Azure Active Directory Premium, Intune, Azure Information Protection, and Office 365 ProPlus.

Microsoft Corporation helped New Signature create an agentless, cloud-based environment where devices are provisioned quickly and employees can log in and start working with only an internet connection. The result was faster onboarding, strong mobility and security, and major operational efficiency: about 95% of devices were provisioned in Azure Active Directory, the company supported 400 users with only about five internal support staff, and it reduced painful upgrade cycles by managing Windows and Office updates in controlled rings.
