**Microsoft Corporation** implemented a solution built on **Azure**, **Azure Cognitive Services**, **Azure Storage**, **Azure Virtual Machines**, **Dynamics 365 Customer Service**, **HoloLens**, and **Power BI**. The result was a more engaging “new customer experience” that gave Natuzzi access to virtual unlimited inventory in-store, deeper insights into customer behavior, and expected improvements of about one-third faster purchase decisions and one-third higher conversion from shopping to buying.
