National Gallery Singapore, which manages a large public collection of Singaporean and Southeast Asian art, wanted to improve organizational efficiency, support a lean workforce, and gain better data visualization. Working with Microsoft Corporation’s Azure platform and partner Just Analytics, the gallery faced the challenge of siloed, decentralized data across teams that made holistic analysis and decision-making difficult.

Microsoft Corporation helped implement an open, scalable Azure data platform and a data workbench for engineers and scientists, after cleaning and unifying data from ticketing, visitor, and finance sources. The result was zero-latency information access, faster experimentation cycles from months to weeks, and near real-time visitor tracking, giving National Gallery Singapore better visibility, quicker decisions, and stronger cross-team collaboration.
