Microsoft Corporation implemented Microsoft Teams as a hub for virtual teamwork, alongside Planner, OneNote, SharePoint Online, and other Office 365 services. The results included easier adoption of Office 365, more transparent project tracking, and better global collaboration; Skype for Business Online calls rose from 2,800 to 3,800 per month, and the company reported improved security, lower cost compared with Slack, and stronger productivity across time zones.
