Microsoft OneNote ends the hassle of paperwork at Riyadh Schools

Riyadh Schools, a K–12 institution in Saudi Arabia with 10 schools on one campus, was working to replace paper with digital records and streamline a major AdvancED accreditation effort. To support this digital shift and improve collaboration across teams, the school looked to Microsoft Corporation and its Office 365 ProPlus tools, especially OneNote and OneDrive for Business Online.

Microsoft Corporation helped Riyadh Schools use OneNote to collect inputs from all 10 schools, enable multi-user collaboration, and build the accreditation submission entirely online. The result was a highly efficient process involving about 80 leadership team members, leading to one of the highest AdvancED network scores in history and the top score for effective collection, analysis, and use of data.
