PRS for Music, a UK society of more than 110,000 songwriters, composers, and music publishers, needed greater flexibility to collaborate with members and partners in real time from anywhere. To meet this challenge, PRS for Music worked with Microsoft Corporation and used Office 365 and Skype for Business to improve communication while keeping the tools familiar and easy for employees to adopt.

Microsoft Corporation helped PRS for Music build a collaboration solution that expanded how teams could work together and supported planning for maximum impact through Microsoft Support. The initiative transformed the way PRS for Music works and earned two Real IT Awards from the Corporate IT Forum for infrastructure as an enabler and for project team of the year.
