Microsoft Dynamics CRM helps KEXP maintain connections with donors

KEXP, the Seattle nonprofit broadcaster and arts organization, needed a better way to manage complex donor, listener, artist, and event data as it worked toward a new studio fundraising goal. Microsoft Corporation implemented Dynamics CRM Online with customized workflows, segmentation tools, and integration with Office 365 to help KEXP track donations, donor attributes, fundraising activity, and event attendance. The result was shorter, more efficient, and more lucrative fund drives, plus more targeted outreach and better donor relationships. KEXP reported that it was already more than halfway to its donation goal for the studio move, supported by the improved business intelligence and behind-the-scenes efficiency Microsoft Corporation delivered.
