Microsoft Corporation helped viaSport build an intelligent chatbot using the Microsoft bot framework and LUIS API. The solution provided faster, more relevant responses, reduced demand on staff, and gave users a private, accessible way to ask questions. The chatbot immediately eliminated response delays for simple inquiries and helped viaSport better support its community; future enhancements were planned for voice, mobile, resource ranking, and sentiment analysis.
