Malta seals its commitment to digital transformation with Microsoft partnership

The Malta Information Technology Agency (MITA), the government of Malta's IT delivery organization, sought to strengthen its position as a global e-government leader. The solution involved a significant Enterprise Agreement to deploy Microsoft products including SharePoint as the primary delivery technology, Office 365, Skype for Business, and Azure. This implementation empowered government employees, optimized internal operations, and provided citizens with better digital services. The partnership with Microsoft enabled Malta to maintain its status as an EU leader in online public services and laid the foundation for future mobile and hybrid cloud projects.
