Microsoft Corporation implemented a modern desktop transformation across Astro’s 36 regional offices, using tools such as Windows Analytics, BitLocker, Microsoft Defender Advanced Threat Protection, Azure Multi-Factor Authentication, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Services. The results included improved collaboration and productivity, stronger security, elimination of third-party security software, and annual savings from removing on-premises servers and security tools, while also streamlining telemarketing, customer care, and sales operations.
