L’Oréal, the global beauty company with more than 86,000 employees, needed a faster, more connected way for teams around the world to collaborate, share ideas, and support innovation. The result was widespread collaboration across the business, with reported time-to-market improvements of at least 50%, faster contract processing reduced from two to three months to about one week, and better productivity and decision-making through tools like Teams and Power BI.
