Location services startup gives directions to big customers through Microsoft marketing programs

Pointr Labs, a small UK-based location services startup, helps organizations navigate indoor spaces with its Deep Location cloud platform. The company needed a scalable cloud foundation and a way to reach large enterprise customers for its indoor positioning, machine learning, and AR capabilities. It used Microsoft Azure and participated in Microsoft Accelerator London to strengthen its technology and business development efforts.

Microsoft Corporation supported Pointr Labs with Azure infrastructure, expert guidance, and marketing and sales connections. The collaboration helped Pointr sign at least two key deals that the company believes would not have happened otherwise, and it improved access to decision-makers at major customers. Working in parallel with Microsoft also generated more revenue for both companies and helped Pointr quickly become a selling partner.
