With the help of Microsoft and its partner, Professional Advantage, a new integrated portal named "MyHQ" was built on Azure and SharePoint. This solution provided a single sign-on for all systems, personalized financial information, and greatly improved search and content management. The result for Microsoft's customer was a more intuitive site that members use daily, decentralized content management leading to the creation of over 20 new forms, and a crucial competitive advantage through faster access to data.
