Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, a law firm, faced challenges with inefficient collaboration and document management. Working with Microsoft and implementation partner The Henson Group, Kelley Drye deployed SharePoint Online to create over 200 project sites, centralizing all matter-related information. This Microsoft solution enabled secure internal and external collaboration, provided anywhere access to files via OneDrive for Business, and improved data security. The results included greater efficiency in resolving client matters, significant time savings for staff, and a more cost-effective delivery of legal services, allowing the IT department to focus on adding value instead of managing infrastructure.
