Italian luxury linen retailer smooths out business wrinkles with Microsoft Dynamics 365

Frette, the Italian luxury linen retailer with a global footprint, was struggling to manage growth across Europe, the U.S., and Asia with siloed systems, multiple currencies, and overlapping inventory and finance processes. The complexity of separate e-commerce, retail, and headquarters systems made coordination difficult and slowed reporting and customer service. To solve this, Frette worked with Microsoft Corporation and its Dynamics 365 platform.

Microsoft Corporation, through Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Finance and Operations, and Retail, helped Frette unify its data and streamline operations with support from Sunrise Technologies. The new system reduced monthly closing time by about 40 percent, cut the close from 15 days to as few as eight, eliminated duplicate order entry, and improved inventory fulfillment and reporting with Power BI, freeing management to focus on growth.
