Israeli networking technology supplier drives productivity with highly secure mobile workplaces built on Microsoft 365

Mellanox Technologies, the Israeli networking technology supplier, needed a way to support a fast-growing, mobile workforce while improving compliance, collaboration, and security across global operations. Using Microsoft Corporation’s Microsoft 365 Enterprise and related services, Mellanox set out to build highly secure “mobile workplaces” and a central compliance portal without relying on expensive third-party tools.

Microsoft Corporation implemented Microsoft 365 with SharePoint Online, Power BI, Microsoft Flow/Power Automate, Power Apps, OneDrive for Business, and Enterprise Mobility + Security to automate compliance workflows, deliver self-service analytics, and enable secure anywhere access. The results included stronger security, easier GDPR and regulatory tracking, better bug resolution for faster product development, and broad mobility at scale: over 90% of systems became mobile friendly, more than 50% of employees work across 36 locations on about 2,000 mobile devices, and the company reported 35% more malicious emails blocked during testing of Advanced Threat Protection.
