With Microsoft Corporation, PH Zurich enabled self-service template management through add-ins such as Template Chooser, Content Chooser, Wizard, and Designer. The result was faster publishing—small changes and corrections now take minutes instead of days—plus more consistent, secure, and brand-compliant documents across Office applications. IT gained time through simplified cloud management, automatic updates, and reduced infrastructure needs, with the university noting that an on-premises setup would require 20–40 more servers and additional staff.
