GrabOn, one of India’s leading online deals and coupons marketplaces, wanted to improve customer experience and better connect millions of users with relevant offers. To address this challenge, GrabOn adopted Microsoft Corporation’s Microsoft Kaizala as a mobile engagement and messaging platform to send timely, personalized deals and gather customer insights.

Using Microsoft Corporation’s Kaizala, GrabOn created public groups, sent richer emails and offer announcements with links, and used action cards for feedback, polls, and issue collection. The solution helped increase customer engagement, boost viewership and clickthrough rates, and support future improvements to offerings; GrabOn has also saved consumers nearly INR 4.4 billion (USD 63 million) since 2013.
