GHL Bank, a digital bank in Ghana, needed a better way to connect its four branches, eliminate email and communications silos, and improve employee productivity. Microsoft Corporation implemented the migration with partner MultiThread ICT Solutions, enabling single sign-on, seamless collaboration, and no-downtime rollout across branches. The results included stronger agility, improved email access during internet outages, and major cost savings: GHL Bank cut handset spending by about $150,000 and avoided roughly $60,000 in PBX costs by using Skype for Business cloud voice features.
