Husky now uses the Microsoft HoloLens experience to explain and draw attention to its products

Husky Injection Molding Systems, a Canadian manufacturer of injection molding equipment, needed an original and memorable way to showcase its HyCAP™4 system at the Drinktec 2017 tradeshow without shipping the physical machine. To solve this challenge, Husky worked with Microsoft Corporation and Cinema Suite using Microsoft HoloLens for a mixed reality product demonstration.

Microsoft Corporation helped Husky create an interactive HoloLens experience that placed a detailed tour of the injection molding system in front of trade show visitors. The result saved shipping time and cost, allowed Husky to safely highlight features that can’t be shown while a machine is running, and reinforced its reputation as an industry innovator.
