WNS Limited, a global business process management company, faced operational bottlenecks that strained its IT support. Challenges included a high volume of calls for password resets, distribution list management, desktop provisioning, and shared drive access requests. Microsoft implemented its Identity Manager (MIM) and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) solutions.
