Hong Kong Productivity Council steps up digital transformation with Microsoft

The Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC), a public sector organization dedicated to enhancing business competitiveness, sought to digitally transform its operations to improve internal communication, team collaboration, and project management for its 770 employees. To address this challenge, HKPC partnered with Microsoft Corporation to adopt a modern cloud solution.

Microsoft implemented its Office 365 suite, beginning with a full deployment of Exchange Online. This provided an efficient, all-in-one email platform and laid the foundation for future tools like SharePoint. The solution resulted in effective communication, enhanced team collaboration for quality project management, and improved information security with automatic data backup. Microsoft's cloud services also empowered HKPC's IT department by reducing the need for costly on-premises hardware.
