The new system gives warehouse, distribution, and retail teams accurate inventory and order data, helps managers make faster decisions, and supports better staffing and replenishment. Hickory Farms reported more efficient holiday operations, a single version of the truth across sales channels, and improved ability to meet customer demand and deliver a premium brand experience.
