HCL Technologies uses Enterprise Mobility + Security to deliver highly secure digital workplace

HCL Technologies, a global technology services provider headquartered in Delhi, wanted to strengthen its mobile, agile workplace while improving employee productivity and protecting corporate data across a large, distributed workforce. To achieve this, HCL Technologies chose Microsoft Corporation’s Microsoft 365 and Enterprise Mobility + Security, including tools such as Intune, Azure Active Directory Premium, Azure Multi-Factor Authentication, and Azure Information Protection.

Microsoft Corporation helped HCL Technologies secure 132,000 employees in 39 countries with mobile app and identity management, conditional access, MFA, password self-service, and rights management for sensitive sharing. The result was a more secure BYOD environment, simpler administration, and reduced help-desk calls by about 15 percent, while lowering operational costs and enabling employees to work more productively from almost any device.
