The results included a 40-second boot-up time, reduced device sprawl, fewer helpdesk bottlenecks, improved collaboration, and more up-to-date information for better decision-making. The trust also began piloting patient consultations over Skype, enabling it to see more patients and deliver higher-quality care more efficiently.
