Godrej Properties Limited, one of India’s largest real estate developers, was struggling to keep teams, vendors, and contractors connected across projects in 12 cities. Its existing tools created communication gaps, limited data access, and made it difficult to update documents and manage remote work effectively, so the company looked to Microsoft Corporation and Microsoft Teams for a better collaboration platform.

Microsoft Corporation implemented Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams to create a single, chat-based workspace for meetings, calls, file sharing, and real-time collaboration. The results included a 15 to 20 percent reduction in canceled or missed internal meetings and a 30 to 40 percent increase in real-time project collaboration, with 64 percent of employees using Teams to improve speed, coordination, and decision-making.
