Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), a global training organization with 300 employees and 30,000 instructors, needed a better way to communicate with instructors supporting its Nonviolent Crisis Intervention® training. Relying on email, phone calls, and even faxes made it hard to share resources, answer questions, and connect instructors across locations and time zones.
Microsoft Corporation implemented Yammer, integrated with Office 365 and Microsoft 365 Enterprise, as CPI’s primary communication channel. The result was real-time collaboration across departments and instructor communities, with more than 5,000 active Yammer users, improved instructor satisfaction, and better program quality through faster feedback and knowledge sharing.
