Global manufacturer moves to Office 365 to capture promise of digital manufacturing

Jabil Circuit, Inc., a global manufacturer with more than 10,000 employees, was looking for an enterprise productivity platform to support collaboration across 110 plants in nearly 30 countries. Microsoft Corporation implemented Office 365 along with FastTrack for Azure, Microsoft Adoption Services, Power BI, and Skype for Business to consolidate Jabil’s productivity and collaboration tools. The transition helped Jabil unify communication, reduce file compatibility issues, strengthen cloud security and data control, and lay the groundwork for predictive analytics and faster decision-making on the factory floor. Microsoft Corporation’s support also helped Jabil migrate from more than 1 petabyte of data in Google services with proactive planning and executive guidance.
