Gallup, a global professional services firm with more than 10,000 employees, wanted to modernize its workplace while preserving its culture of engagement. The company needed better mobility, stronger security, and simpler tools for a distributed workforce, so it renewed its Microsoft agreement to include Microsoft 365 Enterprise, including Office 365, Enterprise Mobility + Security, Windows 10, Intune, and Power BI.

Microsoft Corporation helped Gallup enable secure work from anywhere with Intune for mobile device management, multi-factor authentication, and Windows 10 security features such as BitLocker and Credential Guard. The company reported immediate security improvements, including its best penetration test results to date, while also gaining easier collaboration through Office 365 and Teams and improved analytics capabilities with Power BI.
