Microsoft Corporation, with implementation support from SADA Systems, enabled CHLA to deliver live video training, share procedure notes, and guide complex surgeries remotely with reliable audio, video, and compliance-ready communication. The solution eliminated the need for frequent travel, improved efficiency, and expanded access to specialist knowledge, helping CHLA potentially change outcomes for children at risk of blindness in Armenia.
