Medisys Health Group, a Canadian executive healthcare provider, faced challenges with inconsistent and inefficient recordkeeping systems across its clinics. The solution, called MazikCare, automated and unified patient workflows for scheduling, clinic visits, and electronic medical records. This implementation by Microsoft's partner dramatically improved operational efficiency, reducing agent training time from weeks to a single day and providing real-time data. The results included a significantly enhanced patient experience and the new ability to deliver insightful reporting to corporate clients for better human capital risk management.
