Eureka Forbes, India’s leading health and hygiene brand, was struggling with downtime, slow response times, and end-of-month peak loads across its SAP-based sales, procurement, production, and payroll systems. Its on-premises datacenters and legacy IBM AIX environment made upgrades and data replication slow, while frontline employees using mobile sales apps faced delays in accessing stock data, reports, and GST filing.

Microsoft Corporation helped Eureka Forbes migrate its core SAP workloads to Microsoft Azure, using services including Azure Backup, Azure ExpressRoute, and Azure Site Recovery, with additional tools like Logic Apps, Traffic Analytics, and Network Watcher. The move cut data replication from up to three hours to under 15 minutes and reduced development/QA/production synchronization from nearly three days to under 60 minutes, while supporting higher monthly volumes of about 150,000 invoices and 1,000,000 service orders.
