Microsoft Corporation implemented a cloud-based device management solution using Windows Intune, Microsoft Azure, and System Center to manage Nokia Lumia 2520 tablets running a custom PrecisionQuote app. This enabled automatic app deployment and updates, remote management, and a more efficient sales workflow. Empire Today expected to avoid hiring about 20 support staff, reduce paper costs, improve quote accuracy, and increase sales through faster, more reliable in-home quoting and ordering.
