Microsoft implemented a comprehensive cloud solution using Azure, Azure Active Directory B2C, and Power BI. This created a smart urban management system that moved the mall's entire IT infrastructure to the cloud. The results included a six-fold increase in the customer app's speed and greater operational resilience. The solution also enabled a personalized omni-channel experience for visitors and provided Emaar and its retail partners with granular, data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
