Education that flies by autopilot: digital tools empower Spanish students, employees

Grupo Sorolla, a Spanish K-12 network of schools, needed a faster, more reliable way to deploy and manage hundreds of student and teacher devices while supporting digital learning. Its small IT team was responsible for enrolling and maintaining a large fleet of laptops, and it needed to reduce the time and complexity of setup without losing control or security.

Microsoft Corporation implemented Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot, alongside Office 365 and Windows 10, to automate enrollment, streamline software deployment, and manage policies and apps centrally. The result was a much smoother rollout of new laptops, with around 200 devices set up easily for students and 850 total devices managed by a 10-person team, saving “a lot of time” and giving Grupo Sorolla greater control and efficiency.
