Case Study: DSYH achieves scalable e-commerce reconciliation and zero-downtime growth with Microsoft Azure from Microsoft Corporation

A Microsoft Corporation Case Study

Preview of the DSYH Case Study

DSYH Enables Indian SMBs to Thrive in the highly competitive E-Commerce MarketPlace

DSYH, an Ahmedabad-based startup founded in 2015, helps Indian e-commerce sellers manage daily operations, reconciliation, business intelligence, and sales tracking. As its reconciliation platform grew, the company faced scalability limits, high manual effort, and challenges handling orders, inventory, and payments across multiple marketplaces. DSYH turned to Microsoft Corporation and Microsoft Azure, using Azure Web Apps alongside an open-source stack including Python, MongoDB, PHP, Java, and MySQL.

Microsoft Corporation helped DSYH move to a scalable Azure-based solution with always-on availability, separate resources for apps and databases, and support for more than 10,000 concurrent clients. The migration was seamless and delivered measurable impact: 18 months of zero downtime, 40% higher workforce productivity, and about a 10% lift in the bottom line. DSYH has since processed over 50 million orders, supported 500+ sellers across 55 cities, and identified more than US$1.5 million in avoidable charges.
