Digital transformation empowers Boys & Girls Clubs of America to serve youth now and for generations to come

Boys & Girls Clubs of America, a nonprofit serving youth across the U.S. and on military bases worldwide, needed to modernize outdated technology that was limiting growth, causing downtime, and putting member data privacy at risk. Working with Microsoft Corporation and its cloud services, including Azure, Dynamics 365, Office 365, and Premier Support, the organization set out to better support staff, families, donors, and the public.

Microsoft Corporation helped Boys & Girls Clubs of America move key systems and documents to Azure, launch a more reliable website, and strengthen security with Office 365 digital loss prevention tools. The results included roughly 85% fewer website downtime incidents, 99.9%+ uptime, and uninterrupted operations during events like Hurricane Irma. More than 11,000 youth also joined the Azure-hosted MyFuture platform, expanding access to online learning and skills-building activities.
