Microsoft Corporation helped Anticimex connect more than 100,000 devices to Azure IoT Hub, where data is analyzed with advanced analytics and machine learning to detect anomalies, predict maintenance needs, and optimize field service dispatches. The result has been faster issue response, more efficient technician routing, stronger SLAs, and proactive battery replacement for Smart Box devices before failures occur, improving customer service and operational efficiency.
