Data encryption provider squashes compatibility challenges with latest Microsoft service

WinMagic, a Canadian data encryption provider, needed help when its SecureDoc full disk encryption app stopped working properly after a Microsoft Windows 10 update. The result was pain-free Windows 10 updates, improved customer confidence, and a competitive advantage for WinMagic. The company also reduced workaround costs and now expects SecureDoc to stay compatible with future Windows 10 updates within 30 days of release.
