Microsoft Corporation helped DanDomain, a Danish domain and hosting services company, address customer churn and a need for more robust cloud productivity solutions. The customer wanted to offer services that would meet the evolving needs of its entrepreneurial and small-to-midsize business clients, who were seeking comprehensive cloud-based tools like those in the Office 365 suite.
By joining the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program, DanDomain gained the ability to sell and manage Office 365, integrating it with their own services. The solution from Microsoft enabled DanDomain to bundle products and offer tailored packages. This resulted in a 60 percent growth in their Office 365 and Hosted Exchange customer volume, a 20 percent reduction in customer churn for those product areas, and helped 65 percent of their customers meet the target of purchasing three or more services.
