Case Study: Cummins achieves a modern, collaborative workplace with Microsoft Corporation Microsoft 365

A Microsoft Corporation Case Study

Preview of the Cummins Case Study

Cummins powers a modern workplace that values diversity with Microsoft 365

Cummins, a global manufacturing company with 10,000+ employees, needed to modernize its workplace, improve collaboration, and support a more diverse, mobile workforce. With Microsoft Corporation and Microsoft 365, Cummins set out to give employees better tools for flexible work, stronger engagement, and faster innovation.

Microsoft Corporation implemented Microsoft 365 along with Enterprise Mobility + Security, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Skype for Business to create a secure, cloud-based digital workplace. The result was a major culture shift: smartphones began replacing laptops in meetings, network file drives largely disappeared, secure remote access improved productivity, travel costs were reduced through online meetings, and adoption of integrated collaboration tools helped teams work across geographies more effectively.
