Construction rental company automates workflows and delivers innovative customer experiences with Azure

Cramo, a large Finnish construction rental company, needed a better way to manage data for more than 150,000 customers and 230,000 pieces of equipment while ensuring customers could quickly access mandatory documentation to avoid steep regulatory fines. To address this challenge, Cramo worked with Microsoft Corporation and its partner iBiz Solutions using Microsoft Azure, including Azure Logic Apps and Azure API Management, to unify product information, applications, and documentation in one digital environment.

Microsoft Corporation helped Cramo build the Cramo Cloud Integration Platform and Product Viewer app, which automated workflows and gave customers and employees real-time access to rentals, equipment data, and documentation. The result was a simpler rental and management experience, improved compliance and safety, and reduced misplaced or underused equipment, while also laying the groundwork for future digital transformation.
