To support its digital transformation, the club partnered with Microsoft Corporation and used Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, Office 365, Power BI, and related services to build a global sports platform.
Microsoft Corporation implemented a cloud-based platform that unified fan data, delivered video and mobile experiences, and enabled targeted one-to-one engagement and analytics across more than 70 data sources. The results included a 400 percent increase in fan profiles over two years and 30 percent annual digital revenue growth, while also freeing the club to focus more on fan experience than infrastructure.
