CONIN finds, reaches and helps at-risk children through the cloud

CONIN, a nonprofit in Mendoza, Argentina, works to eradicate child malnutrition and support disadvantaged families at risk of missing out on social services. The organization had relied on analog systems and paper-based outreach, which made it harder to identify children and families in need and respond quickly. To improve its reach, CONIN turned to Microsoft Corporation’s Azure and Power BI tools.

Microsoft Corporation implemented cloud-based solutions that let CONIN map community needs, trigger alerts when children require help, and collect field data digitally in real time. The results included more accurate, up-to-date data, faster outreach, and better coordination with government partners; CONIN has already served 20,000 youth and is now expanding its model across Argentina and into Latin America and Africa.
