Community Justice Centre pioneers legal assistance in Asia through Self-Help e-Web

Community Justice Centre, a Singapore social service agency, supports litigants-in-person and their families with legal and social services, handling more than 18,000 interactions a year with a very small team. To manage this growing demand and make legal help more accessible, the organization partnered with Microsoft Corporation and used Dynamics 365, Office 365, Azure, and related services to modernize its case management and service delivery.

Microsoft Corporation helped Community Justice Centre implement Self-Help e-Web, a virtual self-service platform built with Dynamics 365, Azure, and LUIS, supported by Customer Capital Consulting’s DoVE solution. The result was more than an 80% reduction in transaction time, a five-fold increase in cases handled without extra staff, and projected annual savings of over S$1 million for users through lower legal and travel costs.
