Community bank takes personalized service to customers with eSIM on Windows devices

PriorityOne Bank, a community bank in Mississippi, needed a better way to serve rural customers when unreliable internet connectivity disrupted branchless transactions and mobile mortgage visits. Microsoft Corporation’s eSIM-enabled Windows solution simplified LTE provisioning and gave PriorityOne Bank’s mobile workers reliable connectivity anywhere they needed it. The bank says it saves an estimated 26 hours of setup time per device, improves IT flexibility and security, and creates LTE backup options for branch operations, helping staff deliver personalized service even at remote customer locations.
