The company wanted to support Azure Active Directory single sign-on and user provisioning for its Zscaler Internet Access and Zscaler Private Access solutions.

Microsoft Corporation worked with Zscaler to implement Azure AD-based SSO and SCIM-driven automated provisioning, helping users access apps with one identity while enabling faster onboarding, easier role changes, and immediate access removal when employees leave. The integration was completed in about two weeks by a five-person team, with successful private and public previews and no issues during customer testing, giving Zscaler a smoother user experience and a competitive advantage.
